In 2009, ACT21 Software was founded, much like a butterfly egg nestled on a leaf, filled with untapped potential. By 2010, we launched bespoke software services, continually refining our processes to meet diverse client needs.

As the caterpillar emerges from the egg and begins to feast, we experienced significant growth from 2014 to 2019. We established a dedicated division for decision automation, enhancing business efficiencies. This period was marked by consuming new ideas and rapidly expanding our capabilities.

Encased in a chrysalis, the caterpillar undergoes a silent and profound transformation. Similarly, from 2020 to 2022, we released our first industry-leading ICM solution, HyPerform, and expanded our team to over 150 members.

Finally, we emerged stronger than ever, spreading our wings and taking flight. In 2023, we launched the first-ever BFSI-focused low-code platform, positioning ourselves at the forefront of industry transformation.
